How do I  not send read receipts to email forwarded Exchange accounts

I am currently forwarding copies of email from selected accounts to a mailbox which is checked every so often. When someone sends an email asking for a receipt to any one of the accounts which has their mail being forwarded, the receipt says that this forwarding address got the message as well. Is there any way to make this not happen.

Thanks in advance

Unfortunately, there is not.  The Exchange General...  Delivery Options... Forwarding Address option is basically a Do or Don't (Black and White) option and soen't offer this customization.  Your only option, and it would be a tremendously tedious one, would be to creat an Outlook rule on each mailbox to automatically delete read receipts when they hit the mailbox.  But this would delete all read receipts.
