Robocopy to copy files with Read-Only Attribute

Hello Experts,

I am using Robocopy to copy a bunch of files.  I received the following error:

2008/10/01 08:27:39 ERROR 5 (0x00000005) Scanning Source Directory \\irctera\usbdisk1\Current\2005 Jobs\Models\Fire Sensitivities\Jet Fires\10%sw10\10%SW10_0329.jpg\
Access is denied.

From what I read on here...this is because the files are Read-Only.  Is there a way to copy the files anyway?

use the backup mode switch

/Z :: copy files in restartable mode.
/B :: copy files in Backup mode.
/ZB :: use restartable mode; if access denied use Backup mode.
