My partner and I (using a different computer) book a lot of gigs for musicians. What is the BEST way to syncing these two computers up using outlook 2007? Specifically, here's what I'd like to happen:

1. Be able to see emails my partner sends out
2. See emails my partner received
3. My partner seeing emails I send out
4. My partner seeing emails I receive
5. Sharing calendars
6. Sharing To-Do lists
7. Sharing appointments

The frustrating thing about our job is that we end up losing several hours a day just trying to find out WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN on what they other person has accomplished. Is this possible with Outlook 2007?

Hello Takamine334,

I recommend using a third party program, Publicshareware, to share calendars and emails
http://www.publicshareware.com/

Hope this helps!

Takamine334, I do not know of anything that is free.  There are free ones for Windows XP and Microsoft Office. OneNote is a specialize program.
