.tif file association
We recently ran a windows update that changed the default behavior of our .tif documents. They are no longer opening with office document imaging. Some cases open with picture and fax viewer, others not at all.
I've tried using regmon to determine the keys I need, but I'm not familiar enough with file association keys to determine the keys I need to keep. I have also come across tiff_fix.reg off the internet, but that restores back to picture and fax viewer.
Does anyone have a set of registry keys I can import on these troubled machines to change this behavior?
I'm really hoping for keys that work under HKCU instead of HKCR, but I'll take whatever help I can get.
