I just received some new 48 port 10/100/1000 line cards for my 6509 switches. The card model is WS-X6148A-GE-45AF. When I install the module it does not come up.  Any ideas.

Does the light come on on the module? Is it full inserted?
Do a show module command so we can see if the switch sees it.

No it does not. I have an older 10/100 card WS-X6148-RJ-45 that comes up fine in the same slot.
