I have all of the computers at 1 hour past the correct time.

If i change the time to the correct time they change back in an hour or less. if I turn off daylight savings time the time is right but all of the mail in out look and the calender are 1 hour behind. I have all of the updates in my computers including my server.

Perhaps your domain controller is set to the wrong time zone.  All active directory domain computers sync tot he domain controller.

Also, check the event viwer if the time is automatically being updated synchronizing with a the time on the internet.

Known issue that updates were supposed to correct, but in many cases did not. Try running this fix:

Here is the solution:
This fix iss called as DaylightSavingFix.exe which can be downloaded here:
http://www.intelliadmin.com/Daylight%20Saving%20Fix%20Download.asp

The patches had to be applied to all servers & non-XP pcs. All machines were then shutdown after the patch, then it was installed to all servers. powered down the servers for approx 5 minutes & repowered them back on. After that each pc, after being logged into, had to have the time manually forwarded 1 hour. This time the time stayed & did not keep rolling back.
