Perhaps your domain controller is set to the wrong time zone.  All active directory domain computers sync tot he domain controller.

Get free NFR key for Veeam Availability Suite 9.5

Veeam is happy to provide a free NFR license (1 year, 2 sockets) to all certified IT Pros. The license allows for the non-production use of Veeam Availability Suite v9.5 in your home lab, without any feature limitations. It works for both VMware and Hyper-V environments

Known issue that updates were supposed to correct, but in many cases did not. Try running this fix:

Here is the solution:
This fix iss called as DaylightSavingFix.exe which can be downloaded here:
http://www.intelliadmin.com/Daylight%20Saving%20Fix%20Download.asp

The patches had to be applied to all servers & non-XP pcs. All machines were then shutdown after the patch, then it was installed to all servers. powered down the servers for approx 5 minutes & repowered them back on. After that each pc, after being logged into, had to have the time manually forwarded 1 hour. This time the time stayed & did not keep rolling back.
