How do I get rid of the error message "An unhandled win32 exception occurred in tcpsvcs.exe" in SBS?

We are running SBS 2003 R2.
Everytime I restart the server I get the following error message:

Visual Studio Just-In-Time Debugger
An unhandled win32 exception occurred in tcpsvcs.exe(7952)
Possible debuggers:
New Instance of Visual Studio 2005
--Set the currently selected debugger as the default
or
--Manually choose the debugging engines

Do you want to debug using the selected debugger?
yes or no
---
I have to click no 4 or 5 times for this window to disappear.
What can I do to get rid of this permanently?
Can this cause problems in the server?

If you don't need Visual Studio on the SBS server you can uninstall it and it will stop trying to debug every exception thrown by applications.

As for the issue with the TCP services executable I would recommend running Microsoft Update and making sure your server is patched and service packed.

Then update you network card drivers to the latest and greatest.

Errors with tcpsvcs can be caused by registry corruption and/or missing files.

Running a good registry cleaner may help.

But make sure you have a good backup first.
