When we attempt to send invoices via email Outlook open fine and attaches the PDF invoice then when we hit send the email hangs open. I only have one PC here that is having this problem. Other PC's with Outlook 2007 and Peachtree Quantum are fine. After speaking with Sage Software (Peachtree) they recommended running a repair on Office 2007. I have done this and it seems to hang. I'm at a stand still. Has anyone heard of this problem? In order to get around this we have to close the email manually after hitting send and it eventually times out and goes through. But the problem is when we send massive invoices out so many emails will open and hang that outlook eventually crashes.
this is a huge problem and I'm not sure what else to do.
