How do I determine how many dns queries my nameserver is receiving per month?

I'm running centos with bind on my apache webserver, I'd like to be able to figure out how many dns queries I'm receiving each month, how would I go about doing so?

You could monitor with mrtg and the dnstats.pl script.

You could also use RRDTool to present your data.

Apparently there's another tool called NRG you can use although i've not had any experience with it

http://nrg.hep.wisc.edu/bindstat.html

You should find enough info on the web to help you get setup, whatever you choose.
