MS, Exchange, 2003, Spam sender start routing their email through my server

We installed the Quantum Excahnge connector for pop3 downloading and we changed the settingto allow all other domins to route the trafic for as it was required. then this problem starts. now I changed back the setting even then queues are long what to do.
