User is out of the office when user access webmail the following error appears "Outlook Webaccess encountered a Web Browsing error"

The user receives emails but cannot reply to them.

Does the browser shut down on them when trying to reply? If so, check this out...

no user just cant reply to messages

Also, go into that KB article and run that hotfix. It fixes alot of problems.
