New user using Outlook 2007 does not authenticate to Exchange 2007

I recently added a Window Server 2008 to our AD Environment.  We have been running Exchange 2007 for about 2 months. Since the addition of the 08 DC, and maybe this is a co-incidence, when we create a new user and that user opens Outlook 2007, Outlook logs on to the server, but does not authenticate the user.

Any ideas why the Exchange Server  doesnt authenticate the new user? Oh, BTW, when that user uses OWA, they can log on fine.

Is the user doing mapi or outlook anywhere? There are some issue with OLA and Ipv6, or if you have ntlm auth enabled that you will keep getting prompted....

Issue resolved: I don't know if I mentioned in the orginal question but I added a Windows 2008 DC to our environment. The resolution to this issue was simply to reboot the Exchange 2007 server. After bringing the 08 DC in, I didnt think that I would need to reboot the Exchange server, but that solved the problem.

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions.
