Hello jaramd,

The error message said there is no MX record for shalon.com.  Is shalon.com the correct spelling of domain name?  Is it .net or another extension? Can you send to shalon.com from another computer or email account?

Hope this helps!

yes .. shalon.com is the correct spelling and it is .com not .net or another extension... is this a problem with my email portal (yahoo) not correctly routing or identifying the mail reciepient's server?  should i be contacting yahoo on this?

Yes, contact Yahoo support to ask why they are rejecting shalon.com domain.  It could be that the domain was blacklisted for spamming.
