BPS 4.1.4 SP4 - how to upgrade from bpsx_414a.exe to bpsx_414b.exe

We just purchased a new BPS software for a new site, and we received a link to the install file, which is bpsx_414b.exe. What are the major differences between this version and the last one we received for another installation, which was bpsx_414a.exe ? Is the installation procedure the same ?

Also, if we have another installation done with bpsx_414a.exe, should we upgrade to this newer version ? If so, how ?

Thanks.

Typically if RIM notices a problem with an install package, they fix it and slap it back up w/ a letter. This happens rarely. If you are not having issues, dont worry about it. If it is a new install, go ahead and install the B version, it should only be better.
