Hello Everyone,

Here is something that I just got from the art director. This has been a problem for a while now and I cant seem to find anything about this. If anyone can shine some light on this it would be helpfull.

"Emails come in looking like a jumble of letters. Here is a screen shot of one. I have to forward it to myself in order to read it. As you can see, the email sent from Debbie is fine, but the customers original message is jumbled."

Thanks

First thing first: I really hope those are bogus email addresses in your Print Screen Image.
If not, please see about removing the image and editing out the addresses.

Otherwise, what email client is the sender using to send you these emails?
Outlook or is it also Entourage?

Im thinking this might be an HTML Email Msg that Entourage has not been able to render properly.

You can try Turning off HTML in Entourage and see if this resolves the problem.

To disable all HTML email in Entourage, pull down Entourage | Mail and News Preferences. Uncheck the "Show HTML Formatting toolbar" box and set the Mail Format picklist to "Plain Text."
