I've had a couple end-users in the past month complain about quirky broadband, disconnects, etc....in both cases they contacted the vendor who replaced the faulty cards and all their problems went away.<br />
<br />
We went through all the standard firewall, MS update, driver, etc. troubleshooting paths when it was simply hardware related. Worth a look before you pull too much hair out......

Verizon broadband card disconnects automatically after I establish VPN and try to access Outlook or network drive.
