Service start in a CMD box

Since last week, when I start the Data Protector service, the 3 services open a CMD window on my server !
Nothing new was installled on this server
Its cause some problem because if someone close one of the 3 windows DP stop working.
How can I fix that ?

Go to the services MMC and edit the properties of each service.

On the Log On tab uncheck Allow Service to interact with Desktop
