Appoinments from External Users do not set to correct time after Daylight Saving changes for New Zealand

Users in the compaby are having problem where when a Extrenal Customers sends an appoinment it gets set in  the outlook an hour later. For Example An Appoinment for 2.00 will get set as 3.00.

This is happening After the Daylight savings for New Zeland started on the 29/09/2008.

I have aaplied all Updates for Exchange 2003, Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP machine.

Can you please advice on what can be done to correct the problem.
