Hi all,

Could anyone verify me if the Flash plugin honours browser proxy settings?
It seems like it DOES on IE but NOT on Firefox and Safari.

Or is there any settings on Firefox and Safari that can make Flash plugin to honour browser?

Thanks,

Felix

OK. I have found some more information on this.
I was making connection to Flash Media Server but flash was not honoring the proxy setting.
So I raised this general question.
As solntcev's comment, it seems like following the proxy settings when making usual calls using HTTP.
When we make RTMP connections to Flash Media Server, it seems to honor the proxy settings of the browser but not the case when making RTMPT connections.
I was having trouble with this RTMPT connections.
I found out this is a bug on flash itself.
