I have a Blackberry 8100 handset returned to me by its user as it has a faulty scroll ball. &nbsp;The user has a new handset but i need to wipe this one completely of all user data before I send it off to be repaired or recycled.<br />

I can get to the option in the device to wipe the handset but as i can't scroll up, faulty scroll ball, i can't select continue to actually confirm the wipe command.<br />

Is there any other way of wiping the device?
