Running PS 4.5 with MS Word published.  One of our applications has a Word toolbar plugin and when users click on the webmail option from the toolbar in Word, they receive the following error:

Unhandled win32 exception has occurred in wfica32.exe

With visual studio JIT debugging opening up.

Running new XenApp hostedapps v.11.  In the event log, it shows that wininet.dll is causing the issue apparently, which google shows is related to IE.  The menu option they are choosing opens IE and points them to an internal web portal.
