Hi I have a user who is running office 2007 on vista
she connects via outlook anywhere and has been working for about 6 months with no probs
and up until now outlook crashes when she enters her password to authenticate the connection to exchange,

I can start in safe mode and use outlook but as soon as I type the password to authenticate it fails.
Can anyone help?

Hi,

Does she receive error messages?

What does the event viewer show?

The program OUTLOOK.EXE version 12.0.6316.5000 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Problem Reports and Solutions control panel. Process ID: 12c8 Start Time: 01c9254863e80fab Termination Time: 0
