I think the Accepted solution offered is more of a work-around, you can also try this:<br />
Exit Notify in the tray, open the GroupWise client, go to Tools, Options, Security, Notify tab. &nbsp;<br />
Select the addressbook icon, and remove your name located under &quot;Selected&quot; and press okay. &nbsp;<br />
Now go back in to the addressbook icon, and find your name in the Novell GroupWise addressbook. &nbsp;With your name highlighted, check &quot;subscribe to alarms&quot; and &quot;subscribe to notifiations&quot; (should already be checked) Then press okay, that should fix the problem.

Now go back in to the addressbook icon, and find your name in the Novell GroupWise addressbook.  With your name highlighted, check "subscribe to alarms" and "subscribe to notifiations" (should already be checked) Then press okay, that should fix the problem.

I have 2 pc's that have Windows XP on them with Office 2007. &nbsp;<br />
In the startup folder I have Groupwise Notify to start. &nbsp;When the Groupwise 7 Notify Splash Screen appears when loading it does not go away unless you close Notify. &nbsp;On one pc it stays over top of windows and on the other pc it only stays on teh desktop, it doesn not go over top of open programs.<br />
