Error from internal application site on citrix

We use Citrix (PS4) for our remote offices. They use a Citrix Desktop giving all internal applications.

One of those applications is a contact management system that has a rich & a web client.

No citrix user (except those that have domain admin rights) can use the web version. If they try they get the attached error message.

If that same user tries to access the application from thie local PC it works fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Mark

In internet explorer go to Tools->Internet options->Advanced
and check the option 'Disable script debugging'. Actually page contains a Java script error msg which is getting displayed

Hi

I have just tried that and it was already set.

If its a Jave script error and as the users are on a via locked down citrix desktop then it may be permissions on the java install?

I have matched the settings of the user local PC, which can access the internal site and it still doesnt work.

What is really annoying is if I log in as mean to Citrix (Im a domain admin) it works fine!
