OEM SBS and Transition Pack

Can I upgrade an OEM SBS 2003 SP1 license using the Transition Pack? This is a licensing question not so much a how to question.

Yes you can.

When you buy a transition pack you are effectively converting your SBS licenses (OEM or retail) in to seperate calls for Server 2003, Exchange etc.
