You're using Windows Authentication, right?

You're having intermittent problems with your domain controller.  Check its event log thoroughly.

This is not a simple issue, as there are multiple possible causes.  Please check:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811889

for the most common cases.  The blog posting at:

http://blogcastrepository.com/blogs/noel-davies_uk_ltd/pages/Howto-_2D00_-Troubleshoot-_1C20_Cannot-Generate-SSPI-Context_1D20_-Errors-.aspx

is also a good discussion on this subject, and may be very helpful to you.  I would start with the blog posting, as it is generally more readable.
