Save or Archive Disabled Users Mailboxs Offline

Using Exchange 2000.  Servers on MS Server 2000, SP4. We have a requirement to maintain all files and email for terminated staff.  We want to move the users home folder offline and add their mail file.  Is there a mechanism in Exchange 2000 to export or dave a users's mailbox.  As there are currently over 100 disabled user accounts, we would like to not have to create individual Outlook accounts and export to PST files.  Currently the email for all terminated employees is maintained in Exchange.

Why not use the ExMerge Tool?  If you're unfamiliar with the tool, you can install it from your Exchange 2000 CD > Support\Utils\I386\Exmerge folder.
