Hi

I have a remote additonal DC connected to a sbs domain across a vpn, when I try to replicate the servers I get this message, can anyone help?

ACR-UK-001 IS THE REMOTE DC
ACR-UK-SBS01 is the sbs,

I dont have dns installed yet on the remote dc, is this a no brainer question, and all I need to do is install dns? I hope so...
Active Directory did replicate after Installed the server as an additional dc

Remove connection for ACR-UK-001
Right clieck NTDS Settings>cehck replication topology
Op[en command prompt >> "program files/support tools" folder
Run> repadmin /kcc
repadmin /syncall /A /e /P
repadmin /syncall /A /e /p
Open AD sites and services now, it should create new connection for ACR-UK-001 and try to replicate..
it should work fine now ..

this screen grab was taken from ACR-UK-001, maybe I have sites and services mixed up?

I think its DNS, I do not think the config of the sbs server replicated, any advice will be appreciated.
