How to cause Outlook to prompt for a password again.

I have a user that has saved his password when logging onto exchange via outlook.  he now wants to be prompted for the password.  I've tried removing and recreating his outlook profile but that doesn't work, what do I need to change to be prompted for the password?

Outlook > Tools > Account Settings > double-click Microsoft Exchange (highlighted in blue) > More Settings > Security > Always prompt for logon credentials.
