Recommendation for best internet backup software for Server2003 and Exchange 2003

I have used Ibackup for several months to backup files on a Windows 2003 Std System and the exchange store.   The store is about 10 gigs.

I was under the impression that Ibackup was to do an incremental backup -- but it seems to want to backup 10 gigs every night -- which most of the night and increasing part of the day.

There is an NT backup run each night that backups the exchange store before the ibackup starts.

Am I missing something with Ibackup?

Is there a better internet service available to backup exchange stores?  Preferrably incrementally.

Thanks,

It will do incremental, it is a setting that you select when creating the backup set. I can see how that would be a problem! Run the wizard again if you are having problems - alternatively, you can call their support, and they'll walk you through. They are very helpful, at least in my experience.

I only got one response - and I already had tried that -- and I think the response was wrong

I disagree with your answer. Did you already try contacting support? The answer is correct because that's how we do it. It DOES do incremental backups. IBackup is also one of the cheapest for doing this work - you can look at evault and Iron Mountain for $7 to $10 per gig, versus $1 per gig for ibackup. Which is better for you? You also did not qualify if you meant cheapest = best or quality regardless of price = best
