Panels -> Placing Controls on Them

Hi Guys,

The situation is as follows: I created a forms with a lot of controls on it. I want to place a panel under these controls. How do I do this, without disturbing the controls?

place the panel over the controls and adjust the properties of the panel
after you are done with the setting of the panel right click on the panel and select "send to back"
