Hello i´m trying to find out how to use 2 playback devices at the same time.
my scenario is this i have a computer in one room and a hdtv in the other wich are connected via hdmi cabel.
And i would like to have sound in both rooms. i know i can change the default device but if it is posibble to have both running at the same time would be great.

Many thanks Jonas

This depends on the application you are running. Some have the possibility for you to select the output device you want to use, and others don't give you that option. you'll have to check this in the application's settings. In Linux most applications have this option, while only very few windows apps that option.
