setting target of menu navigation hyperlink  to iframe in page

I am making a web application using vb and .net foundation. I have a menu i want to use to open hyperlinks, but i want the hyperlink focus to be targeted to an iframe or perhaps a div on the same page. how can i go about doing this ? or is there a more efficient way to do this using vb or etc...

nevermind, i found that i can direct  menu target property to the name of the iframe. sweet.
