How to transfer Hosted Microsoft Exchange 2007

Hello,

We currently use 1 & 1 for our e-mail MS Exchange Hosting with Outlook 2007.

They are down far too often and luckily we have redudent ways to check our e-mail.

Can anyone tell me the best way to transfer my Exchange account (I guess export the PST) from 2007 if we move off Exchange so I don't lose all my e-mails?

If anyone has any recommendations for Hosted Excahnge services that would be great too.

Thanks in advace.

Best,

Justin

Everyone gets their opinion on different supplier so the best is to host exchange yourself.

Don't be frightened by such concept of hosting it yourself, Exchange isn't that difficult to manage and once its setup it runs smoothly in the background. There are lots of guides you can research on as the How to setup Exchange server.

Yes the best way is to export all your stuff into PST files and store them safely. If you decided to move off Exchange and only use Outlook you can import your PST files back into Outlook.
