After two days of research I thought I would answer my own question for the benifet of others. The RTL8201CL driver is MADE BY VIA! I guess they sub'd it out.

Use the VIA Rhine II Fast Ethernet Adapter driver.

Hope this helps somebody.

Is this what you were looking for? Yes No WallD: The machines spec page is here http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c00683208&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&product=3184153&lang=en

The mother board is a Asus A8N-LA it may be worth looking for drivers at Asus's site

The lan card is a Realtek RTL8201CL so you may find the drivers on the realtek site or even be able to select them off the windows CD.

No you will not find the driver at Realtek. That was the whole purpose of my original post.
