phpbb3 is completely different than phpbb2<br />
I suggest that you upgrade to 3 (since 2 is going to be dropped for support next year )and then use that script.

How can i change my PHPBB2 script to require users to have AT LEAST a minimum number of 20/30/40... public messages in the boards if they want to send someone a private message?<br />
