Nope.. you actually have to install the fax services with windows 2003.

Go to Control Panel
Go to add/remove programs
Click on add/remove windows components
Scroll Down and search for Fax Services
Install fax services (it will take about 2MB of space) - It will ask you if you want to share this fax printer. Click on yes
Once this is installed.. go to start, settings, control panel, printers
If you don't have the fax printer installed
In printer, click on add new
then search for fax services as a printer
And click on add.  You are done.  You now have a fax printer.  Make sure it is shared.

On the client's computer.  Go to Start-Run and type

\\<put-server-name-here>\<put fax printer name here>
and it will install on the clients computer.  You have to also make sure the fax printer has been shared.
Hope this helps.
