Sorry, but you'll need to provide a lot more detail of your problem.

What version of Quicktime??

Was it working before and stopped or is this a new installation?

When you say "not start" - what EXACTLY happens when you try and run Quicktime Player??

According to the tags of the question it looks as if Quicktime 7.1 is being used.
Without further information (as mentioned above) I can only ask if you have uninstalled and reinstalled Quicktime.

Double double click on the quick time icon. This action starts two istances of quicktime, one invisible one visible without the start up content screen. Select the menu Preferences, deselect the Show content screen on start up. Exit. The next time you double click on the qucktime icon, quick time starts normally, whitout the start up content screen. This is a partial solution but works for my needs.
