microsoft exchange 2003

Are you able to help me with the auto response. Every time an email comes into this mailbox I want it to generate an auto response including the logo etc as follows but I don't' want it to come up with Out of Office in the header which is what's happening!:

Hi

if it is for a specfic mailbox then use outlook rules, it is is for a global exhange i think you need to use a third party product like gfi mail essentials.

i have created the rule in outlook but still not working, not sure if i am doing the right thing... please help

Thanks for all your help.  I have created the rule as explained however it did not display the logo properly... Anyway i had to use a third party software which worked perfectely for me.
