How to update McAfee anti virus software through ISA 2004

I need a bit more information here.

What version of McAfee have you installed, and why can't you update it through the ISA server ?

It is McAfee Toal Protection for Small Business 4.5 and the auto update feature fails when trying to connect. I now know there is a product from McAfee for use with ISA 2004 but I am now commited to this othe product.

As far as I am aware, there is not a version for use with ISA 2004, nor any version of ISA for that matter.

What you would need to do is to install the product on a machine with internet access, yes, you can specify just machine to access the download site and then you can get all the other machines to download from this 1 machine by using the Rumour Technology built in.

i would use the AV installed on the ISA Server and then get your other machines to download the updates from the ISA server.

The ISA server (SBS 2003) does update no problem but I do not know how to get the clients to update from the server as the only option seems to update from the net.
