Exchange OWA - The Requested Resource is in use - Error

Anytime I logoff of OWA or If I try to click on a link within an email, I get "The Requested Resource Is In Use" error. In the browser window. Anyt suggestions?

this has a lot of other options people have tried:

this one directed the user to recreate the IIS virtual directories.
