Folder Erasing on Exchange 2007 Mailbox..

This is bizarre; I have a user who has a folder that keeps erasing every few weeks; I'm sure she isn't forgetting and deleting it by mistake (She's a Top Level Manager in IT) so the folder just vanishes every few weeks. It's not critical stuff, but its a pain everytime it happens, and I don't hear of anyone else with this happening to.

I checked her perms and no one except admins have access to her mailbox, and she has no delegates either.

Any ideas? We are running Exchange 2007 SP1

Are the folders missing when the user logs into OWA?

I don't know but when I log into her mailbox on one of my terminal boxes the folder is in fact missing.
