When installing SBS 2008 in Hyper-v, the network card is not installed
I am running Server 2008 SP1 and am trying to install SBS 2008 as a virtual machine. I am using SBS 2008 RC2. After the install, I get the message "A network adapter must be installed, enabled and configured with TCP/IP"
I found some articles that did not help http://blogs.technet.com/virtualization/archive/2007/09/28/windows-server-2008-rc0-and-virtualization-ctp-faq.aspx
Step 24 I do not get a pop up. - http://blogs.microsoft.nl/tonykrijnen/archive/2008/06/30/step-by-step-installing-windows-sbs-2008-rc0-on-hyper-v.aspx
I found some articles about a choosing a legacy adapter but I don't see where I can choose that.

Thanks, my mistake was not shutting down the VM first. After that I was able to change to a legacy adapter
