New exchange 2003 user not being added to global address list.

I added a new user in active directory (new hire at a client of mine).  The user appears to not be added to the global address list and its been about a week.  All of the other users in the past have worked fine.  But the problem is i use a fax program called Zetafax.  Zetafax gets it user list by exporting the exchange global address list and integrates the users account to their email.  I can't do this for this user because when it pulls the address list she is not on it.

Hi
Try running the Recipient Update Service Manually and see if it populates the GAL

How the FAX software pick up GAL, from local Outlook or directly from Exchange.

Hi,
Can you confirm if other users are able to see the new User in GAL or not.

No, others can not see her in the GAL.  I havent made any changes to the server, this user just wasnt added when the account was made for some reason.

Can you please login to OWA using the User credentials and confirm if login is successful.
Also send an external mail from the ID and see what you get
