Foward Mail in Public Folders

Have outllok 2003 ent server and have public folders set up. The main folder is called Cust-affair, and has 3 sub folders. To make this easy, will call the sub folder one, two, and three. need a rule for mail from Cust-affair folder to go to the appropiate folder by subject line. Like If subject line contains the word "two" to be deliverd to the two folder, etc...... Have no idea how to accomplish this.

Hi, underground712.

You can't do this with rules.  Rules only work on a user's mailbox, not Public Folders.  Public Folders do have a rules like capability called the folder assistant, but moving an item to another folder isn't an action it's capable of.

I hit Enter too soon.  The folder assistant can forward an item to another address.  If the sub-folders are mail enabled, then you can use the folder assistant to accomplish this.  To access the folder assistant, open the public folder's properties, select the Administration tab, and click the Folder Assistant button.
