You can't do this with rules. &nbsp;Rules only work on a user's mailbox, not Public Folders. &nbsp;Public Folders do have a rules like capability called the folder assistant, but moving an item to another folder isn't an action it's capable of.<br />

Have outllok 2003 ent server and have public folders set up. The main folder is called Cust-affair, and has 3 sub folders. To make this easy, will call the sub folder one, two, and three. need a rule for mail from Cust-affair folder to go to the appropiate folder by subject line. Like If subject line contains the word &quot;two&quot; to be deliverd to the two folder, etc...... Have no idea how to accomplish this.
