Accessing outlook inbox using java

I need to access the outlook inbox for a given user (security is not a problem) and read the body of the email and sender address of the email.  From this, I will need to move the email to a subfolder in the same inbox.  Can someone help?

I am hoping to use just bare bones java programming and not third party libraries.
