keyboard driver prevents standby mode

my laptop will not go into sleep/standby mode because of the keyboard driver. I can't find an update for it.

Do you have Adobe Type Manager or PhotoDeluxe. If so, try uninstalling and reinstalling both programs per this link: http://www.askageek.com/2007/11/04/device-is-preventing-the-machine-from-entering-standby-mode/

If you have neither of those programs, when exactly did this start happening? Did you recently install any new programs or hardware? The more information you can provide, the better. : )
