This computer was not able to set up a secure session with a domain controller in domain AUK due to the following:
There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.  
This may lead to authentication problems. Make sure that this computer is connected to the network. If the problem persists, please contact your domain administrator.  
how i can solve this problem?

can this machine access the internet?
can this machine access network shared folders?

Yes, its connected to the domain and can access shared folders + internet but suddenly it stops functioning so u should retsart the machine inorder to access it

you mean it is now working again?
It seems for me like the allowed seats in Windows server was exceeded

yes,after i restart it its working fine.
i noticed that i have two host name with same IP in my DNS, might this causes the problem? anyway i deleted the host i dont want to use and monitoring.

Yes for sure that was the problem, DC will ban the second host with same name to enter the domain for security reasons, you problem is solved.
