Hello
We are using Outlook 2003 along with Exchange 2003.  Is there any way i can 'flag' an email or block it so that it can't be forwarded outside of our system.  For example, if i send you an email but i don't want you to have the capability to forward this particular email on to anyone.
I don't think it's possible but thought i would ask the question anyway.
Thanks

Not possible - and even if it were, it would be EASY to bypass

Print the email and fax it, screenshot the screen, copy paste, etc etc
