How do i use the Transition Manager class in Flex ?

I am assuming you want to use the fl.transitions.TransitionManager class in your Flex code.
If so, you can add the following entry to your Flex project's source path:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Flash CS3\en\Configuration\ActionScript 3.0\Classes\

That would make all fl.transitions.* classes available to your Flex project.
